Australian Energy Council thanks Stephen Davy

The Australian Energy Council has thanked and congratulated Stephen Davy on his successful leadership of Hydro Tasmania and contributions to the Australian energy industry.

The Australian Energy Council’s Chief Executive, Sarah McNamara, said “as Chief Executive Officer of Hydro Tasmania, Stephen Davy has been a strong leader in the energy sector in Australia.

“His knowledge and vision have had an important influence on the energy industry and governments alike.

“For two years, up until the end of 2019, Stephen was Deputy Chair of the Australian Energy Council and during that time provided invaluable guidance and support. I would like to personally thank him for his service to the industry and wish him all the best for the future.”
